The Challenge:
Dr. Dan Perez, owner of The Body Doctors chiropractic clinic in San Francisco, was looking for an innovative way of generating more appointments and servicing more new patients. Dr. Perez knew that his current method of appointment scheduling was broken. Patients would leave voicemails inquiring about appointments and often a game of phone tag would ensue.
